Maine head football coach Joe Harasymiak joined Downtown to talk about the new 2016 recruiting class for the program. Harasymiak first talked about what it was like to have his own recruiting class for the first time and also mentioned the new hiring of Liam Coen as the team’s offensive coordinator. He spoke about the Maine based recruits in Hunter Smith (Dover, ME) and Owen Elliot (Saco, ME) and why he’s so excited to bring them in. Harasymiak said that the team will have a new offense than the year prior, but said that everyone has a chance gain playing time, including the new recruits.
