Beth Mowins of ESPN joined Downtown to talk about her historic upcoming broadcasts for the Oakland Raiders. Mowins will soon become the first female broadcaster to do play by play for an NFL team in nearly three decades. She also discussed her recent award from Syracuse University and explained why the Oakland Raiders franchise is a great fit for her and her position and shared her thoughts on the Raiders, Ohio State’s odds of repeating in the NCAA ranks, and gave some advice to young female sports broadcasters.
